Meet the Team

Kevin Tighe

Operations Director

Kevin grew up in Florida and aspired to become a neurologist until his life was derailed by addiction. From college and internships, to homeless and dying, the disease destroyed his life and his family. Having finally recovered, Kevin has made it his mission to spread awareness and help other struggling addicts and alcoholics to achieve sobriety. Having guided many men through the steps, he has experienced the joy that can only be found through being of service and watching others recover. The creation of this retreat is the culmination of his dedication and passion for this new way of life.

He maintains a robust, consistent personal 12 Step practice, including daily prayer, meditation, and regular 12 Step meeting attendance.

Ross’ education and experience, as well as his personal dedication to the study and practice of multiple spiritual and religious traditions, including the 12 Steps, enables him to uniquely, holistically, aid those seeking recovery from addiction, no matter where they are on their journey.

Shawn Maguire

Site Coordinator / Counselor

Shawn was born and raised in the Keene area. From a young age, Shawn’s life was ruled by his addiction. Unable to loosen its grasp, he was pulled deeper into a life of destitution and despair. Having tried numerous other methods to recover, he finally found relief in the 12 Steps. He now has a loving and supportive family, and works every day to help others reclaim their lives. He is a monument to the profound impact that working a 12 Step program can have on your life.
